Update to Mossy Creek / Grove Park Streetscape Maintenance

Effective October 1, 2017, the Capital Region Community Development District ( Southwood CDD) will no longer maintain the sod or street trees in the area between the sidewalk and curb immediately in front of residences on Mossy Creek Lane and Grove Park Drive. Homeowners will be fully responsible for this area, including sod and street trees. Much of the area mentioned above is currently irrigated by the Southwood CDD and will continue to be watered on the current schedule.

Many homeowners along Mossy Creek and Grove Park already maintain these areas, and homeowner maintenance is the lot owner’s responsibility as per the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Southwood Community found in Article V Section 5.1 – Maintenance of Lots. This maintenance preserves the streetscapes throughout Southwood.
