For the safety of all in attendance, social distancing measures will be in place, including limiting capacity at the meeting location to 12 people, on a first come, first served basis. Masks will be required.

While it may be necessary to hold the CDD meeting using both in-person and call-in technology due to the current public health emergency, we fully encourage public participation in a safe and efficient manner. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager at joliver@gmsnf.com or (904) 940-5850 by noon on Thursday, February 11 to facilitate the Board’s consideration and/or discussion of questions and comments during the meeting.**

Any person requiring special accommodations for the meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (904) 940-5850 at least two calendar days prior to the meetings. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
